DZYR Terms of Service

These Terms govern the DZYR mobile application and the public support, privacy, and trust pages presented at mydzyr.com/terms. By using DZYR, you agree to these rules, our privacy policy, and the safety obligations described on the child-safety page.
1. Eligibility
DZYR is for adults who are 18 or older. You must be legally permitted to use the service and must not have been previously removed for violating these Terms or the safety rules tied to the platform.
2. Account obligations
- Provide accurate account and profile information.
- Protect your credentials and device access.
- Use one account for yourself only.
- Complete verification and trust workflows when DZYR requires them.
3. Prohibited conduct
You may not use DZYR to harass, threaten, impersonate, scam, or exploit other people. The platform also prohibits hate speech, non-consensual explicit content, spam, automated scraping, and any illegal activity.
- Child safety: zero tolerance for grooming, trafficking, child sexual abuse material, or any sexualized conduct involving a minor.
- Fraud: no fake identities, deceptive offers, or financial solicitation.
- Abuse: no coercion, stalking, blackmail, or intimidation.
4. Safety and reporting
DZYR provides report, block, and trust-review paths, but you are still responsible for your own safety when you choose to interact with someone. Use the in-app reporting flow first whenever possible, and review the public escalation guidance at https://mydzyr.com/child-safety.
5. Subscriptions and billing
DZYR access is sold through the app stores. Pricing, billing, renewal, and refunds follow the platform that processed the purchase. Public pages may explain the path, but the actual transaction and cancellation controls remain inside the relevant store account.
6. Content and moderation
You retain ownership of the content you create, but you grant DZYR the rights needed to operate, display, and moderate that content. We may remove content, suspend access, or permanently ban accounts that violate these Terms or create safety risk.
7. Termination
You may stop using DZYR at any time and can delete your account through the app. DZYR may also suspend or terminate access to protect the service, respond to abuse, or comply with legal obligations.
8. Public contact path
Public contact for Terms, privacy, and trust requests now routes through DZYR-owned pages instead of legacy mailbox strings.
