Delete Your DZYR Account

The fastest way to remove your DZYR account is through the in-app delete flow. This page explains the current public path if you need instructions before you open the app or if you no longer have account access.

1. If you can still sign in

1. Open DZYR and go to Safety or Settings.
2. Select Delete Account.
3. Review the consequences and confirm the request.
4. Follow any final confirmation steps shown in the app.

2. If you cannot access the account

Use the current DZYR support handoff so the request stays on the active public path:

3. What deletion covers

• Profile data and photos tied to the account.
• Discovery state, matches, and conversations according to product retention rules.
• Subscription access after store-side billing and cancellation rules have been handled separately.

4. Before you delete

• Export data you want to keep before you remove the account.
• Cancel store-managed subscriptions through the relevant app store account.
• Review the privacy policy and support page if you need more detail on retention or account-access routing.
